Disk downlights were designed to be a flexible lighting solution for both retrofit and new construction applications, installing into recessed cans if you’ve got ‘em, or standard junction boxes if you don’t! Models are offered in both 4” (11W) and 6” (11W and 15W), and in four color temperatures.
Economy that performs.
The frosted lens creates smooth, uniform light that eliminates hot spots, and 90+ CRI models are available to ensure accurate color rendering (JA8 compliant). All models are dimmable to 5% with most standard TRIAC dimmers (120V).
Keeping it simple.
Installation is a breeze. For junction boxes, simply remove the twist lock diffuser and set the captive screws. Friction clips (4”) and torsion springs (6”) are also included for recessed housing installs.
Anywhere you want it.
All models are IC rated for direct contact with insulation, and suitable for use in dry, damp and wet locations, making it easy to add light to hallways, bathrooms, stairways, closets and even showers.

RAB carries 4” and 6” recessed housings in both new construction and remodeler models. All housings are IC rated for direct contact with insulation, and compatible with our retrofit downlights.
5-year, no-compromise warranty.
The RAB 5-year, no-compromise warranty covers light output, color stability, driver performance, paint finish and labor. RAB's warranty is subject to all terms and conditions found at rablighting.com/warranty.
50,000-hour LED lifespan.
At 10 hours daily use, RAB LEDs are rated to last 13 years, dramatically reducing maintenance and re-lamping costs.
