You are in control.
These field-adjustable downlights allow you to change color temperature with the flick of a switch! They’re ideal for both new construction and retrofit applications. Models are offered in both 4” and 6”, with either smooth or baffled trims. Gimbal models come in both 4" and 6" models with an adjustable lens that can tilt up to 35 degrees.
Economy that performs.
A frosted lens creates smooth, uniform light that reduces glare without sacrificing lumen output, and 90+ CRI ensures accurate color rendering (California Title 20 and JA8 compliant). All models are dimmable to 5% with most standard TRIAC dimmers (120V).
We make it easy.
Our low-profile design makes them compatible with most recessed housings, and installation is quick and easy, with friction clips for 4” cans, and torsion springs for 5”/ 6” cans. All models also include an Edison base adapter (GU24 socket string also available).
Anywhere you want it.
All models are suitable for use in dry, damp and wet locations, making them perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.
Only the 4" retrofit gimbal is damp rated, only 6" is wet rated
Stock up on cans.
RAB carries 4” and 6” recessed housings in both new construction and remodeler models. All housings are IC rated for direct contact with insulation, and compatible with our retrofit downlights.
Trim inserts.
RAB's trim inserts are simple, field-configureable accessories that can be ordered separately. All models are designed with tabs that fold over the trim of standard, white 4" and 6" recesse retrofit downlights.
